We have blocked a certain number of rooms at the Sheraton with special conditions for the event, which are valid for bookings 21 days prior to arrival. For bookings with shorter notice, rates will get offered according to availability:

   PLN 450 + 8% VAT per night/single room
   PLN 522 + 8% VAT per night/double room

   Rates include buffet breakfast served in hotel restaurant.

Reservations with the above special conditions may get modified on-line only until 10 days prior arrivals. After that any cancellation or shorting the stay will be 100% charged.
